Maine Sail Fish suppies only the freshest fish every day, direct from its sister company, Cyprus Fisheries Ltd, in Billingsgate Market. You will never find anything on sale thats's not up to the store's very high standards.

The store is owened by fish wholesalers Kenny and Sarah Tsindides, who have been in the fish business for more than 20 years. It is managed by Peter Ralls (formerly of Moby Dicks), and his assistant John Gilson, and this team really know what they are doing. They have the knowledge and experience to help you find exactly what you're looking for as well as suggest the best ways to cook your fish, and perhaps pass on a recipe tip or two.

The variety is extensive, organic salmon, tuna, Dover sole and wild seabass, to name but a few.

Special orders require 24 hours' notice - such as for John Dory, brill, turbot, crab and lobster.

Telephone orders are welcome, and it's a good idea to call the store before you visit to find out if what you want is in stock that day.
