The Gym and Tonic Club offers eight Small Group Training Sessions per day (Monday-Friday) and three on Saturday. These sessions consist of one trainer to every four clients (maximum), allowing you to maximise the benefits of a personal trainer whilst being in an energetic fun environment with your fellow Gym and Tonic Family around you. These sessions are specifically tailored to transform your body using strength training and cardiovascular conditioning exercises. Every day is different, ensuring your entire body gets a complete workout. We have members aged 16 - 72, some very fit and some less so on a journey to lose weight. Many lose 2-3 stone in 90 days when the sessions are accompanied by our nutrition advice. You may come to as many classes as you so wish to include the Stretch, Abs and Punch classes daily. You will be given a suggested dietary plan to help you maintain your weight or reach your target weight. You will be weighed once a month by one of our qualified trainers. Our special scales measure your body fat, visceral fat, water, metabolic age and muscle percentage and your data will be discussed in detail with you. Our in-house specialists are also there for any advice you may need, regarding mind set.
You will also receive The Gym and Tonic Membership Bag which will include your Myzone belt as well as other goodies.
Our in-house highly skilled Chartered Physiotherapist will discuss any past injuries to make sure our trainers are fully aware of exercises that might need to be catered differently for you. She will also talk to you about special packages on offer that will assist you on your body changing journey.
Our in-house Beauty Therapist, who has worked with thousands of clients and has 29 years experience with expert knowledge in semi-medical treatments, will discuss with you the possible options for really getting the best results in terms of fat loss, body sculpting and the cellulite reduction treatments.
In addition the G&T Teens package is specifically designed for children aged between 12-16 who either want to get super fit or are struggling with their nutrition and need some help getting fit and feeling great about themselves. The class will take place weekly on a Thursday at 17:00 and a Saturday at 10:00.
